We encourage our patients to bring a family member or carer to their appointment.
Dr Beazley currently sees patients on Fridays from 9:00am until last appointment at 2:30pm. She performs home visits on Tuesdays.
FIRST APPOINTMENT AND WHAT TO BRING
This will usually take about one hour.
Please bring your GP referral letter as this is required to claim the Medicare rebate. Please also bring results of any recent blood tests, brain scans or hospital discharge letters.
